Using the studio
Kicks Design Studio, operated by Kicks Design Studio, provides tools for creating and recording visual shoe concepts. Use the service lawfully, respect other people's rights and do not attempt to access another user's account, disrupt the service or bypass its access controls.
Your account and work
Keep your sign-in details private and use an email address you control. You retain any rights you hold in the content you bring to Kicks. By saving or transmitting content through the service, you permit us and our service providers to process and store it as needed to provide the features you use.
Keep independent backups of important designs using Save file. Browser storage can be cleared, account storage has limits, and service interruptions can occur. A downloaded image is not a substitute for an editable project backup.
Images, logos and reference designs
Only upload or share content you own, have permission to use, or otherwise have a lawful basis to use. A reference image or branded shoe template does not give you permission to manufacture copies, reproduce a logo or claim a relationship with a brand. Brand names on the site identify references and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
The runner study demonstrates color planning using a reference template from the studio. It does not grant rights to reproduce another brand’s shoe design or trademarks for commercial production.
Concept exports and manufacturing
Illustrations, material labels, color references and exported concept sheets reflect the information entered in the editor. They are not certified color matches, dimensioned patterns, engineering assessments or complete manufacturing specifications. The studio does not establish fit, safety, performance or suitability for production.
Before manufacturing, arrange appropriate technical development, confirm the specification with your chosen provider and review physical samples and required tests. Statements about a proposed material or construction should be confirmed by the people responsible for developing and producing the shoe.
Directories and external links
Manufacturer listings are research resources based on cited public information. Kicks does not inspect or certify listed providers, guarantee their information or services, or become a party to your agreements with them. Verify current capabilities, location, prices, quantities and terms directly before placing an order.
External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. A source-check date records when a page was reviewed, not a promise that its information remains unchanged.
Availability, privacy and contact
The service may change as we improve it, and features may be temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. The privacy policy explains how account information, saved work and optional analytics are handled.
